Complete Renovation Grade 1 Listed Building in Fletton

Renovation on listed buildings takes much skill and traditional building techniques, high standards are needed to ensure any changes or structural maintenance to buildings conform to old tried and trusted methods. These have to meet with approval from all concerned, our brief for this project was ensure all maintenance blended in with the existing structural surroundings.

Extension to Co-op Supermarket while still open and trading daily brought its own problems. We had to make sure all Health and Safety issues were adhered to, ensuring customers and staff were able to go about their daily business with little or no disruption. We achieved all this and completed a Supermarket doubled in size on time.  

Speed not necessarily means complete customers satisfaction but attention to detail does!

Extension & Conversion of old Stable Block Moulton

Here we were asked to design a conversion of an old stable block into a  Games Room with a added extension the main family home. The main criteria required was to treat and enhance all the old beams of the structure from the stables.

The results were a full sized Snooker Room full of old beamed character but with modern insulation.
