Coleman Builders LTD was originally opened by my grandfather (Francesco Coleman) in 1972 and ran as leading construction company for 42 years, closing in 2013.
I chose to reopen the company in September 2024, offering the same services as before across Lincolnshire.

I've worked with Coleman builders now for the past 9-12 months.
I initially approached them to call to interest in tendering for flat refurbishments of a site we acquired. I found their attitude, helpfulness and professionalism a key part to why we selected them as the successful contractor. Since then they have undertaken further works for us across other sites as we know we can award the works and the job will be managed by them with little input going forward.
As we look to increase our footprint in the region, Coleman builders will most certainly be part of the helping us increase our growth in the area with newbuilds, refurbishments and delivering essential urgent works required at our sites.
