Supported Living Flat Renovation – Spalding

Our team replaced all existing carpets and flooring throughout each flat, installing high-end finishes to create a durable, modern and comfortable living environment. Every unit was fully decorated, including carefully selected feature wallpaper walls to add warmth and character while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

We completely removed the existing bathrooms and reconfigured them into fully accessible wet rooms. These were designed and installed to meet disabled access requirements, ensuring the spaces are safe, practical and easy to maintain for supported living use.

Beyond the building works, we fully furnished and set up each flat, providing a turnkey solution for our client. From living areas and bedrooms to kitchens and bathrooms, every space was thoughtfully completed and ready for immediate occupation.

In total, we delivered six full flat renovations within this building, with additional similar projects completed at other locations. This project highlights our ability to manage large-scale refurbishments efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail across multiple units.
