This project involved the complete renovation and conversion of a traditional 4-bedroom house into four high-quality, self-contained one-bedroom supported living units.

We carried out a full internal refurbishment, including new flooring throughout, full redecoration, plastering and skimming works, and comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrades. The property was fully reconfigured to create independent living spaces, each designed to provide comfort, functionality, and durability for supported accommodation use.

To ensure full compliance with current building regulations and fire safety standards, we installed a complete sprinkler system along with two Automatic Opening Vent (AOV) systems. Every element of the project was delivered with a strong focus on safety, quality, and long-term performance.

The finished development provides modern, compliant, and sustainable supported living accommodation, transformed from a single dwelling into four fully functional homes.
